I was very pleased with my experience working with David Burrows. Communication was excellent and he answered all of my questions. David worked under a tight deadline to close by the end of the year. Despite being ill for a few days, David still worked to move the process forward and we closed as scheduled. Additionally, the rate and cash to close came in a little under underestimates.

The process was clear from start to finish and very user friendly. I liked the use of customer portal for document submission as compared to email use. On the portal I felt safer. The staff were very helpful and responded to my questions.. Thank you so much for the efficiency in the startup process.

I continually received wrong information both verbally and in writing. I received a disclosure a week before closing, asked a couple of questions. I was told by both Carole and David that the disclosure was incorrect and that 3% plus the full title policy would be covered. I received an updated disclosure showing my cash to close being $900 less. I repeatedly asked for the Docusign version of the disclosure and never received it.
