Hello, I had a very bad experience towards the end of my loan experience. In the beginning everything was ok with Mr David handling my loan application, however, it seems like he left the company and another began handling my loan application. All the Numbers that I went over with Mr David was not being honored by the new person that picked up my loan and instead what I got was an excuse that blamed Mr David as the person that made a mistake handling my loan application initially. I was not happy at all! Thanks

I continually received wrong information both verbally and in writing. I received a disclosure a week before closing, asked a couple of questions. I was told by both Carole and David that the disclosure was incorrect and that 3% plus the full title policy would be covered. I received an updated disclosure showing my cash to close being $900 less. I repeatedly asked for the Docusign version of the disclosure and never received it.
