David was so nice and helpful. I can’t say enough. Right from the pre qualification to the purchase approval. He was so helpful. He wasn’t just concerned about the purchase but my financial wellbeing after the purchase. He made sure I wasn’t too overwhelmed with everything. There was a lot of going back and forth, many requests came by surprise and some had no sense. I liked I got the credit but the process was very hard and took a lot of time and energy from me. It would be good to have better planning and consideration when end of the year holidays affect deliverables form third parties, like getting documentation from the governement.
The team communicated well in getting things done on time to make sure closing was seamless. I also really enjoyed working with David. He’s a hard worker.
