Great doctor. Makes you feel good and comfortable. He does a great job as well.
The doctor was very professional and efficiently conducted my exam. The exam and cleaning were pain free! Dr. Tepel explained each issue he found that needed attention. He was honest about the varying levels of urgency for each issue, and explained how the problems would be fixed with further visits to the office. Knowing I did not have dental insurance, the doctor broke down for me what each procedure would cost and gave me a basic concept of the timeline for taking care of my dental issues. I had my first visit with Dr. Tepel today. The office was very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Tepel was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Do not wish to comment on the Dr. But the office in Garden City does not know how to deal with Insurance and proper billing of services. Check you EOB's people.
