David and his partner Virginia did a fantastic job - thorough pre-approval, fast processing and competitive fees and rates. We had the clear to close over a week prior to closing! There was a complication with our transaction that was caused by someone else and the PRMG team masterfully rose the occasion, pivoted and made the deal go on time despite the issue. Great job.
