Dr SaZalay was great and listened to my concerns However; when I went to check out I was told for one of the X-rays, I owed $375.00 was told I would probably be receiving a bill. I asked why I wasn’t told of the charge since when I booked my appointment I made sure it was covered by my insurance. She said the techs don’t know the costs but; perhaps any unusual X-rays should be approved first? I did tell her that my prior doctor sent over my other X-rays. Not pleased at all with this charge.
Listened to my concerns and gave different options of treatment. He honored my decision.
Needed my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Szalay and his staff saw me very fast, went over everything thoroughly, and removed my wisdom teeth the day after my preliminary appointment. A great experience!
I appreciated that Dr. Szalay got to the point quickly so I had the information I needed to make a decision.
It was very smooth.He made me comfortable from by explaining how long will it and about the procedure.
He is Perfect
Dr. Szalay is very professional with wonderful smile. Also, care about financial for my implants. He suggested need only one, but I would like to have missing 3 implants. Also, his staff are great! I am highly recommend Dr. Szalay!! Thank you..
The staff and Doctor were excellent and answered all my questions....
First of all, I cannot express the gratitude I have for how QUICKLY they were able to get me in. I called Thursday, asked for an extraction of a wisdom tooth and second molar (per my endodontist’s referral) and that it be done ASAP. They had me on the books that Monday for an exam+procedure. I had been in pain for weeks, and while I was not in immediate pain, I knew it wouldn’t be for too long.
