I've officially used David's service twice now to find an apartment to live in when moving to Houston for work. I was not very familiar with the area since I'm from Austin, so I used David's service. David and his team were able to help me find an apartment that was safe, affordable, and convenient for me. It took one email to David and he was on top of helping us find the perfect home. I even have him a home that I saw a sign in the front lawn. The home wasn't list but that didn't stop David. He grove to the home and called the realtor from the sign. If your needing to find a home, this guy is the best! He knows the area and he definitely does a lot of work for you!! Thanks David. We just moved to Houston from Southern California. We couldn't afford to fly in to look at apartments so we put our trust in David to help us find a safe and convenient apartment to rent. We told him what we wanted and he sent us a list of great options. He was able to answer all of our questions to help us narrow down our choices. We made our selection and are now settled in to an awesome apartment community!

David is fantastic if you need an apartment locator we used him 3 times and experienced great customer service from beginning to end and loved our apartments. I however personally would not recommend using him when buying a home. As a first time home buyer we were relying on him to be our backbone during the process. David found me an apartment that met all my requirements for FREE: price, location, and amenities. Long story short, he called each apartment complex I was interested in. He inquired about rent, move-in and pet deposits, ammenties, and term of the lease. I visited each apartment he suggested and placed a depoisit that same day. He made apartment searching much less stressful and simpler than I could do on my own.
