Dave was awesome. I recently relocated to Houston from Philadelphia and I had some issues finding the right apartment. I gave Dave a list of what I was looking for and he came back with multiple apartments that fit my needs. I decided on one and have been happy ever since. I appreciated his knowledge of the area and genuine personality. It's nice doing business with people who have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Dave and his company to anyone. You will not go wrong doing business with him!
I was searching for an apartment in Houston and getting tired of all the research and price comparison. Worked directly with David on finding a place in Houston after my company transferred be down here on short notice. I was all over the place assuming a new role, getting into the new job, and trying to find a place to live. David was great!! I'm a travel nurse. I called and told him what I needed for an apartment. He immediately got back to me with multiple options. We narrowed it down to 3. We used David Moore (David the Locator) to find our apartment when we relocated to Houston from California. Due to the circumstances of our move, we had to rent a place sight unseen, and needed the assistance of someone in the area. I found David through an internet search, and he was very helpful and responsive. We gave him the area of my husband's new job and our other criteria (space, price, safety, etc), and he got back to us with a list of choices, which we narrowed down to two. David & Kelly are GREAT! I thought I was going to move to west Houston, and David sent me a good list of apartments based on my criteria. I found several that I love, but just days before my move, I discovered that my job would be in downtown Houston, and I asked David to send me an additional list of apartments based on the same criteria. He did, and I narrowed my list to 5 and then 2, and I recently moved into one of the apartments on my list. I recommend David J Moore to EVERYONE!!
In Response to Comment By David Moore-He mentions that the back window was broken. He does not mention he tool 3 months to fix it and left it broken as we went out of town. David fails to mention he never changed the cheap and in-safe front door locks like he was told to do by the inspector from the Houston Fire Dept. This guy is mad because he received $800 of his $1500 deposit after deducting $550 cleaning fee which is exactly what cleaning crew charged me and was part of the lease agreement and another $250 for some wax they spilled and stuck to my real wood floors and damaged them. As far as glass door, lawn guy came by to fix the glass door that he broke when weed eater shot rock into it and this guy was home sick and would not allow him in. This person, I will not say man because he has put my wife down and my family more than once. My wife signed up with him on or about June 15th, to find us a 3-bedroom 2-bath house. He sent us to a retirement home comma "Clear Lake Towers", we told him that that wasn't our style or the location that we wanted. We told him that we wanted Kemah, or League City area. This comment is a definite miss-characterization of any messages I left on his wife's phone. I never made a disrespectful comment, nor put anyone down. I was never informed that they sold their home and found a place, which is why I continued following up. On July 26th I was told that the sale of their home fell through, and that their apartment search was put on hold.
