David was available and clearly communicated with all parties.
We felt very in the dark once things started to go wrong. We called daily to receive updates about a certain inspection that needed to be done, being assured it was all ok. 2 days before closing, we found out nobody had followed up to ensure everything was done and closing would be pushed back. We felt very alone and had to advocate for ourselves a ton. Overall, this experience was far from pleasant, which is unfortunate because we did like David and Kathleen very much personally.
This is the 3rd time in have had David Willoughby take care of our mortgage needs. He has always been fair and great to work with. Thanks so much!!
