David was very nice. My only issue was lack of communication involving flood insurance. I went around and around with everyone in Georgetown for 2 days because he would not give me a solid answer as to whether I had to carry the coverage or not. Then, finally after speaking with multiple people that he told me to contact, he informs me that the mortgage company is going to require it. Why could he not just give me this information from the beginning?
David explained everything very well and answered all of my questions and emails( I asked a lot of question during the process) quickly throughout the entire process. Very friendly staff! I will be suggesting them to friends and family that are looking to buy property. I will be using them again in the future.
This was our first house and our first experience doing with any of this. David made this easy and explained everything we needed to know perfectly. We are currently in our perfect starter home!
