Horrible experience. Have no clue how this place is in business. All 6 bridesmaids dressed and my wedding dress didn't fit!!! All of them!!!
Terrible experience. Divorced now but would never use again. Dyed my pewter shoes purple when I had Tiffany blue dresses. Set us back two weeks after fighting over the swatch that didn’t match. Don’t do it.
One of the worsted experiences of my life, our stylist was extremely creepy and seemed like she was on drugs like it genuinely seemed like she was tweaking or something. Me and my friend were very very uncomfortable and felt so weirded out. We were at this location yesterday 3/11/22 at 330. Unfortunately my daughter left her prescription and expensive sunglasses hanging in Room 10 and they cannot be located. Yes she shouldn’t have left them but sad that the cannot be located! Very Disappointing! Hopefully they turn up!
Had an horrid experience at the 28th street David’s Bridal today (08/14/22). Our stylist was extremely rude and unhelpful and acted like we were a burden on her. She was very clearly annoyed with us being there, even though we were just sitting there. I went to David’s bridal today (6/26/22), to exchange a dress for a different size. I walked in two people at the desk totally ignored me, as if they didn’t see me. I understand that they are likely shortstaffed, but all they had to do was let me know that they would be with me in a moment. arrived there on time, thinking I would experience the great service I had before, but was wrong. it was not packed at all and was ignored by the lady attending us. she kept leaving and ignored us the whole time. we walked our and she didn't even notice that's how bad it was. Will double think again before I make a trip here sadly.
