Absolutely horrid place to do business with. My full review is on Google and YELP if you want further information. But I'm warning every bride out there: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
Worst customer service EVER!! Actually no customer service though several clerks milling about. Dont waste your time. The other place in Hagerstown so much nicer and helpful.
Associate was not nice or helpful. She didn't offer me shoes or headpiece. Very disappointing experience for a bride.
I will never go to them again. I was was the Matron of Honor. The dress selection sucked. They don't care about a plus size figure. Or think that a plus size women like to dress with taste. And plus size I'm talking about is 18/ 20. You don't even want me to get me started on the other plus size. They don't care about you as a person. Just want your money. Service was alright. Dress wasn't sized correctly at first fitting after alterations so had to have it altered twice. Each time we went in for fittings we had to wait 20 minutes to half an hour to be seen, and we arrived on time. When we bought the dress we were not told that there is a charge of $99 just to say you want to have your dress laundered and preserved. It is on the contract, but it's in teeny tiny little lettering so you can't really see it as they go over the contract with you, nor were we ever told about it. Th... read more
Very disappointed with the service we received at this Davids Bridal location. Trying on wedding dresses for a bride is one of the most important things. Brides expect to feel beautiful.. not at this store. Our bridal party had called and made an appointment to reserve our spot just to be turned down when we got there with little help from the attendants. We will never shop there again.. very disappointing.
when you are a bridesmaid in a wedding and go to help the bride with the dress you expect exceptional help from the employee signed to help pick the dress with you. we DID NOT receive anything thing of that matter. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted with the help we had today. there was even an appointment made for the bride and us, as the bridesmaids, ended up getting the dresses ourselves after waiting. what a awful experience.
