I was in the store for 30 minutes and no one greeted me nor said anything as I was walking out! I will take my business elsewhere. Seriously disappointed.
I wanted my daughter to go where I got my wedding dress because I had excellent service but she wanted davids bridal. From the beginning it seemed to be a problem , she wanted all the ladies in her wedding to pick out their dresses at the same time. Didn't happen, apparently she had to do this online and couldn't get an actual person to make the appointment ,therefore, she was the only one who could pick her dress that afternoon. I was happy with the customer service all were nice, but the overall performance of David's bridals is a joke. My dress was returned 2 times due to wrong color and it was damaged. I still haven't had my first alteration appointment and my wedding is October 10. I stated that I wanted free alterations due to all the hassle that I have gone through all not necessary. I said if I don't receive free alterations I was going to take my business else where. They said the best they could do was 20% off of my dress price ($79). Not... read more
Will never shop there again. Shopping for bridal gown, nine bridesmaids and two mother dresses. Was never offered a chair to sit down in and treated with such disrespect.
Terrible no one was helpful everyone was very snotty and rude! Had to ask for someone else because the girl I got would not even help us!
If there was a review less then 1 star I'd give them that. I went there and had to have my fiancé zip up both the dresses I tried on. My consultant was to busy running around talking and popping pain pills for her teeth. Then she came out w frozen bag of veggies on her face! The staff was rude and made me feel like I wasn't important. I'll definitely be buying my dress elsewhere. my future bride was in today to get her dress fitted and what unfolded was the most horrific experience a bride could have. lets start with the bridesmaids, if the dress cost $130 and shouldn't need $160 dollors worth of tailoring this is just plain highway robbery and if it is not it would border on profiling cause my bride is latino. so which is it rascism or just plain ripping defenseless brides off you choose. the brides dress tailoring was going to exceed the price of the dress also. so for all the future brides bewa... read more
Just had a friend of mine order dresses from there that got screwed up months ago and now went to pick up shoes that were a completely different color. The ladies who "helped" her were not respectful or understanding about the situation at all.
