Last time I checked, businesses like this are supposed to call you to confirm an appointment. Nope. They actually lost my alteration appointment! I told the lady I watched someone write it in an appointment book and she claims "they don't have a book". Ok. I must've made that up. I ordered a dress that was suppose to arrive a week ago, and they tell me it's an additional 3 weeks. The woman I talked to 2 weeks ago said it was on a truck. Today they tell me it's still on a truck and will be here in another 3 weeks. When I ordered it, they said first week of July. Suddenly that changed. I wouldn't take a dress from David's Bridal even if it was given to me! I went there a few weeks ago to try on dresses and as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was SO rude, got all of my information wrong. When I pointed it out so she could make the corrections, she blamed her mess up on it "almost being time for her to leave". Don't waste your time. You'll leave crying, feeling terrible about yourselves and your wallets. I did.
Hate this place! They over-charged me for my dress hemming and my bustle ripped out on my wedding day. Don't trust them to do any dress.
