Went to the store in Madison Heights, MI. Felt ignored/invisible and the staff seriously lacked customer service skills. I made an appointment and got almost no help. My sister who recently had surgery was helping me since no one else was and the person we had an appointment with was hardly anywhere to be seen.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star, worst experience a bride could have
UNPROFESSIONAL. They made ME a follow up appointment today at 930 and said they didn't open until 11 and couldn't take me until then. People have to work I can't change plans last minute because of your mistake. Stormed out and NEVER returning to this location again. You guys are terrible.
