Karen is my favorite shopping assistant I've ever met. Shes incredibly friendly and gets to know her client as she gets you the dress you were looking for. I would give her an 11/10 rating. I do have to admit I was confused going into the store, it has been a while and I did not realize there was a "welcome desk" until I had been browsing for 15 minutes and then asked an employee. No fault on them though, there was a ton of people at the welcome desk when I walked in.
My visit at the Totowa NJ branch was amazing. I have a huge bridal party but Karen handled the task very well and everyone picked and was very pleased with their dresses. Dresses are so fab some of them have 2 choices. I cannot wait to see the final outcome with the colors i picked. Thank you Karen your awesome!

I went in there looking for a dress for my 10yr reunion, and the staff was more than helpful. I walked out with the most beautiful dress, not to mention alterations was very accommodating with fixing my dress before my event. Love love love!
I consider myself the anti bride. I love the color black and I hate dresses (I wear jumpers when I have to be formal). But I have to admit I was in full bride mode once we got going. Patricia made my experience perfect. She got to know me before stating w a few questions. She was honest and fun. Helped me w accessories and stepped back when my family and I were critiquing. She was very calm and patient and attentive as I am just about 4 months pregnant. I'm excited to go back and keep my appointments w Patricia.
The sales associate that worked with me was very patient and catered to my every need!
I cannot begin to express my gratitude and love of David's Bridal Totowa. They were accommodating in every way. I honestly did not think it would be possible to find a dress and have it altered so last minute. The wonderfull staff not only helped me find the perfect dress (under budget) but they got me fitted right away. Karen and Delica, I love you and you and will forever have you in my prayers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I came to the store with my cousin for alterations today Delsia,the alteration manager was wonderful and very helpful thank you Delsia for helping me find a dress!!!
