I first purchased back in May but it had to be shipped in from the warehouse, my dress arrived August 15th when I went to see my dress it was covered in makeup stains and pen marks. I completely freaked out, thankfully one of your associates Alyssa got on the phone immediately and called the warehouse explained what happened. They apologized and sent another dress rush delivery. Thank you so much Delsia for all your hard work. My Daughter and I had an appointment in July and the dress was not completely finished. You calmed all our nerves and rescheduled us for august 18 @ 11am the computers were down, you were quick and we were in and out in a matter of seconds thank you again

We came to David's Bridal in search of bridesmaids dresses. Great selection of styles and colors. Lianna was extremely helpful and friendly! She gave great advice regarding sizing and color schemes for the brides vision and was very knowledgeable. A seemingly difficult and lengthy task of finding dresses for such an important day was made simple and fun! We had a great experience!

I found the perfect dress! The woman at check in was very kind. I loved being able to look at the different styles online so I knew which dresses I wanted to try on. Our stylest didnt exactly make me feel dreamy, i feel like it was almost a hassel to help me. There was another woman, she stepped in with vails and accessories, she was great. There were many glitches with the website though. My only other complaint is how small the fitting rooms were.
Had such a great experience at this location! The manager Michelle spent so much time with us even though we did not have an appt.we went in to buy only one dress and we ended up buying 5 dresses because of her great personality and her knowledge! Even a pair of shoes! She Even help us with online ordering. When she did not have that item in the store. It's a great place to buy! Prices are fantastic for this personal service! Thank you again for all your help!

Went for an alterations appointment.My dress that i had bought could not be altered the way I envisioned. Davids bridal would not alter the dress the way I wanted it to be. However, Thankfully i had an amazing employee by the name by Delsia that helped to find a similar dress that would be altered the way that I wanted originally with my dress. She quickly helped me to exchange my old dress for the new one! Thanks so much Delsia!
