I was by myself and had a consultant who was helping other people as well which wasn’t the issue. She wasn’t very accommodating and it felt like she was rushing. From the first visit to the last, I felt like I was in a warehouse. They put the bride to be in a dressing room smaller than a Walmart one. No bridal consultant. They just kept handing her dresses. Never helped her. When her dress arrived, she had to pick it up and bring it back for her first fitting. For the final fitting, the alteration person did not show up The dress did not fit.
