I would say I had one of the worst experiences. I bought my dress 6 months ago and they never informed me about all the details of the dress. Like getting a bustle made, a wristlet made, steaming, getting a slip nothing! I found out about all these details 4 weeks before my wedding from a different davids bridal. On top of that I was never called in for a last fitting they called me and said if you don't pick up your dress right now we are sending it back. My mom had to rush and go pick it up. I'd give them no stars but I'm afraid my review won't post. I was told a certain date my gown would be in and they'd call me. A few weeks earlier they called and said "this is management from David's bridal." They threatened to send my dress back to the manufacturer if I didn't pick it up by the end of the next day. I went to pick my dress up, upset it would be in my house with my fiancé for months. I asked if they had a garment bag.
