We scheduled a last minute appointment on a Friday (12/20/13) and worked with a newer consultant named Ashley at the Pineville store. Ashley was incredibly helpful and friendly. She really listened and got to know our bride, really putting her at ease and finding THE dress. Of the three bridal shops we went to that day, this was the most positive experience. The whole team was great - other consultants helped as well, including the manager.

My daughters appt wasn’t ready for her assistant to help . Then when it was time for dress time , it wasn’t professional as I felt it could of been.And the manager was confused when we were checking in ..
