If i could give them a zero rating then I would. I had a terrible experience today. First the little lady that was over the appointment Hannah was very inexperienced and unprofessional. The store manager Tameka was also rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!!!
Salespersons were of no help at all. After picking up my dress it took 20 minutes just to check out. At my alterations appointment I was told they could fix some imperfections in the material. When I returned for my appointment for my final fitting, I was left waiting while the only seamstress was assisting another bride. I could hear other employees talking in the next room. I don't recommend this bridal salon at all. Extremely disappointed. Was given a wrinkled disaster of a dress which was used for an alterations appointment as well. How can you possibly tell length based on that? Was not given all my options for my dress. Was told, "You NEED this." Also was given two different sizes by two different consultants. If you are looking for help and don't know exactly what you want, I highly recommend a different bridal salon.
David's Bridal is literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. It has been nothing but a nightmare! The day I bought my dress was great, but after I had signed that receipt I was stuck and got nothing but bad attitude and no help at all. I bought a dress that had to be special ordered and when I got it it looked nothing like the one I tried on and the lace was wrecked. Lazy staff, not helpful, unfriendly, not knowledgeable about policies, unreasonably high prices for quality, terrible business! I can't stand DB!
