My daughter had a 12:00 appt which did NOT start on time and the. At 12:40 the girl helping us pretty much told us our time was about up. This left us puzzled, so I was like what do you mean? She said returning customers only get an hour. I said well we talked to 3 people and not one of you all told us that. Feeling very irritated I went and found a manager. Worst customer service ever. Also whenever I told my consultant that I didn't like a dress she would just disappear and I would be stuck is a big wedding gown for 10 minutes just standing there..

My sister paid way too much for alterations that almost ruined her wedding day. Would NEVER ever send anyone there!!!!

The absolute worst experience. I had ordered my bridal dress at this location with no issues, however when I had scheduled an appointment for my bridesmaids it was completely unorganized. The lady whom helped us had other parties there and she was not solely focused on our party. After trying on a few dresses we picked the dresses we would like to purchase and even pointed out the dress on the board displaying the dresses. My friends and I had a nightmare of a situation with davids bridal Fayetteville. Two of us were ordered the wrong bridesmaid dress, might I add one we never even tried on during our appointment. When we went back to the store in hopes of getting this major issue straightened out we were not so lucky. The manager, who was the one who check us out and typed all of the codes in the night we ordered tried to tell us that the dress we have is the dress our consultant communicated with us that night.
