Lily was amazing! I went in for bridesmaid dresses and a MOB dress about a month ago. I was honestly overwhelmed at first with the amount of people in the changing area, but it was the middle of the day on a Saturday so I should have expected it. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have an appointment which didn’t stop their superb customer service! Ashley G. was our consultant who gave us superior concierge treatment.
