Tiffanie was amazing!!!! This was the first shop I went to and the last. I found the perfect dress. Patient and helpful doesn’t begin to cover it. She made this whole experience one I enjoyed when I was expecting to be stressed. I tried on the same dress multiple times between others ones to compare. I left confidently and cannot wait for my future hubby to be blown away when he sees me as I walk down the isle. Thank you Tiffanie you nailed it! �

I ordered a dress online some months ago. It’s about 3 weeks before my friend’s wedding and the top part won’t zip. I contacted 3 different stores and all of them told me they could not help me. “ I had to order (not exchange) another dress”. Jamie, the manager at the Kennesaw location, heard my dilemma, while I was in the process of buying swatches to try to fix my dress, and helped me!!! Now I have a new dress, in my size, on the way! ��I can’t thank her enough for helping me! Kudos to Jamie!!!
Savannah was my consultant, and she was AMAZING! I had been to two other bridal shops that day, and the service Savannah gave me was head and shoulders above the others. She even teared up with my friends and I when I found THE dress.
The customer service was amazing! Robin was extremely helpful throughout this experience. I came in never having been anywhere else and left with my dress!
