The hours were not changed on the website and I made 2 trips to the store on days they were now closed and at a time that was changed. I live over an hour away so it was an inconvenience to me. I picked out a bridesmaid dress, size, color and style. The dress that came in for me was the wrong color, wrong style and wrong size. Very poor experience with David’s bridal. I do not recommend unless you are planning several months in advance.

They were great bit we asked them to save the lace off of my dress and she even wrote it down and they threw it away and had to give me some off a totally different dress. They barely apologized for it and I was very disappointed!
I went shopping with my bridesmaids back in April. I already knew what I wanted and got it. My bridesmaids tried on the style dress we picked out. One of my bridesmaids is a plus size. They made her feel as though since she is big that they would not be able to get it to fit. They made her order 3 sizes bigger, she only needed one or 2 sizes bigger. We went for a bridal appt. The consultant was nice but was also helping another bridal party during our appointment time. We were reminded of our appt time ending and felt rushed. Also felt like we were started with the most expensive dresses over the sale dresses. Went to another local bridal shop without an appt later the same day and was treated very special and personal. We ended up purchasing a dress elsewhere.

Upon entering, we were treated so special. I wanted this to be special for my daughter. After an hour and half and 5 dresses later, my daughter said yes to her dress. She was asked to ring the bell and 5 employees showed up and clapped. During our time there, the bride took advantage of the atmosphere and with planned words, asked her twin sister to be her maid of honor. They took pictures of us and just maid it perfect. People where rude they would help you with styles and then tried to make me feel like I had to make a decision on a bridesmaid dress I wasn't even sure about. They didn't want to help once they found out I didn't want a wedding dress once me and my bridesmaid started picking out dresses the help disappeared was highly dissatisfied with the service and the place.
When I came to purchase a dress everything went great the service was great didn't have any complaints. But after getting my alterations done their I was very disappointed when I came to pick up my dress for the second time and that they wanted to keep it a little longer to try and "fix" what they didn't "fix" to begin with. I am now having to get another seamstress to fix and redo what was promised to me and personally I would like to know what could be done about it cause I've spent about $100 for alterations at David's br... read more
