You never tell a customer something is out their price range that you can't try a dress I could have bought any dress in that store but since I was dressed down I assume they thought I had no money to buy a Vera Wang wedding dress and the Bridesmaids dresses was ordered when they came in they wanted you to sign a paper saying you picked up the dress but didn't want you to try on before leaving store wanted you you it on at home (which we did not do we tried on at the store) because the dresses was messed up had white spots a... read more
Terrible experience, service, sales consultant, everything basically! Places like David's bridal are suppose to be exciting and memorable place for brides and for brides family and friends... Not this place. Had a rude sales consultant named STEPHANIE! Obviously she is an unhappy person in general. Had all the sizes and colors of the bridesmaid wrong in their computer, so I guess she didn't pay attention to that either! For someone to pay $200 or more for David's Bridal products and get this horrible experience is unacceptab... read more
The original appointment went well, of course they wanted me to buy a dress. After I bought mine the customer service dropped terribly. They ordered my MOH's dress in the wrong size then blamed her for it and was very rude. Not to mention I paid a lot of money for a bustle that didn't last an hour. Not the first time I've seen that happen from here.
Ok so I had an appt at 230 made it there at 215 ish and my girls picked out what they liked as far as their dresses. The Consultant was not helpful at all during my process of choosing anything she only helped like maybe 10 min of me almost 2 and a half hours there. If it wasn't for my girls helping me try on my dresses by God I'd still be there! I will be contacting upper management in the morning but I don't not recommend anyone use beth!
