Lets just say... waited 30 minutes after appointment time for someone to help me with Bridesmaids dresses, I pulled almost all the gowns myself with the exception of like 2. Found a dress I fell in love with that was recently placed on clearance and was told to not even bother with it bc there would be no way they could get 8 dresses in the wine color, I even said I could mix and match colors and asked the person helping me TWICE to look and she didn't. I had an appointment to look for a wedding dress at 3:00. When I arrived, they had no one available to help me because I didn't "confirm" my appointment (I actually did and showed the manager my confirmation email and reminder email). The manager dismissed it altogether. Needless to say, no one helped me nor did I receive the special "attention " I was promised. No suggestions, nothing. Let me start by saying we had an appointment on March 25 set at 1:00 for over a week for a prom fitting & when we get there at 12:40 & were there til after 2:00 and we NEVER once seen or talked to the consultant!! There were maybe 3 dresses in size 10 ! REALLY.....I mean PROM season is another to hit. THIS place is NOT what it's cracked up to be. We left went up the street to Macy's & Dillard's & both stores had a couple of the SAME exact dresses at much lower prices!!!
