I started shopping at David’s Bridal over a year ago when I first bought my dress, and it was a great experience. They made the process through purchase, delivery, and alterations as easy as it could be. I specifically want to mention an associate at the Johnson City location - I believe her name is Stephanie, but in the mix of things I could be mistaken.
