Our day at the Knoxville location started off with Lexie who made the magic begin!! We were assigned to Monica and she was simply amazing! She read my daughter like a book and brought this mom to tears when she created a beautiful bride with the perfect dress! The staff was incredible from start to finish! Heather in alterations was spot on and the manager took care of a last minute change for us with no issues!! Make your appointment today! They made us feel important and special! A+ service and experience!!
The stylists are amazing!!! They were so helpful. Within 5 dresses she found me the absolute dress of my dreams. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were very open and honest about what they could and could not do concerning ordering a dress!

It was a wonderful experience for me and my niece while shopping for the perfect wedding dress for her. We were greeted at the door by the manager which took her information about the wedding and what particular dress she had in mind. She then ask us to look around and someone would be with us shortly.
