For the most part our experience was good. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because our consultant kept disappearing. I noticed that she was working with another bride/bridal party. I am assuming that they were just short staffed but what is the point in making an appointment if you are just going to have to share your time? When our consultant was around she was very friendly and answered all of our questions. So my 3 is for upper management and not having the proper amount of staff on hand. Wonderful experience! I went yesterday to get my wedding dress and had a great experience! My consultant Laken was absolutely amazing!! She helped me find my dress and was so attentive! I was so happy with my experience!!
