You completely ruined someone’s dress and won’t even be professional enough to fix it
RecommendedLong Rant! Don't get your wedding dress altered at David's Bridal !! My sister got her dress At David's Bridal Went for a fitting to get it altered. The dress was supposed to be taken out at the waist (skirt), it wasn't it was actually taken in 2in on each side. We had to have the this retaken out and taken out like it was supposed to be done in the 1st place. The bussel was completely botched and had to be redone. They cut the original straps off the dress and placed new straps that didn't even match the dress they looked... read more
RecommendedJenna was absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY recommend her!! She knows how to make your dreams come true, and match your personality to your dress! After a bad experience at another David’s bridal location, we decided to drive an hour to this location. It was totally worth our drive, we will be back definitely!!

My wife and I stopped in 1/27 to look at dresses for our grandsons wedding. We spent about 45 minutes in the store. We observed that there were three Davids Bridal employees in the store. One employee spent the entire time behind the counter and the other two were on the other side of the store talking while we were there. Went to the David’s Bridal in Florence, Ky. We were greeted by the gal at the door. She asked if we had an appointment. We told her no, her attitude changed completely. She said you need an appointment, we did not realize it was absolutely necessary to have an appointment. She became very cold & said we don’t have anything until 4:30. We were there @ 10:00am, why would we drive an hour one way to come back at 4:30. We were told we could not look at wedding gowns! RecommendedThe experience itself was fun. The workers were kind and helpful. The bathroom was crawling with bugs. Spiders, ants, grasshoppers, etc. some were dead just laying there and others were moving. Very gross. Otherwise the place was pretty clean.

Horrible experience. I would recommend to nobody! Can’t even believe the comments that was made to my bridal party in regards to a situation that was in their hands, and their hands only. After discovering that the original bridesmaid dress was completely sold out of every store and the warehouse, they recommended that the remainder of the girls who still had to purchase their dress, buy a different style or color.
