I worked with a VERY NICE manager while shopping for bridesmaid dresses and my wedding gown. All were fitted in store for sizes and measurements. We got all the dresses in and we picked them up. Great, right?! Nope. My daughters dress was WAY too small. So I called the store the SAME DAY, and they wouldn't let me bring it back!! My problem, sure. I came in to have a bridesmaids look for dresses. I have preferred coming to this location because I have felts like the employees were always friendly and a friend of mine works at this location. Arriving for my appointment we did have to wait a little bit before a consultant could help us which wasn't a huge deal since they were busy. When my girls found and were purchasing their dresses our consultant who ended up being my friend was cashing them out when her Ipad died and had to ask the manager for help. This was the worst experience of our life even told the manager and she said there's nothing she could do would never go back it is sad when my daughter had to go through at this appointment and her bridesmaids they fell in love with dresses if it was up to me I would've walked out and I paid for anything.
Charged our credit card and said they don't have any record of it. 60 day dispute here we come. The manager Kate is an asshole.
I waited about 15 minutes, despite having an appointment. The sales lady told me she'd give me a size 4 in the bridesmaid dress I was buying after I told her I was a size 0 (I weigh 100 lbs. soaking wet) because, and I quote,"most people flatter themselves by saying they're a 0 or a 2 when they're really a 4." (I bought the 0 and had it altered to make it even smaller.) These jobs can be stressful, which I can appreciate; however, that was simply thoughtless and hurtful.
5 years I've been forced to go to this location for lack of other choices, and every person is rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. For 5 years I have yet to meet a nice person who is actually helpful.
I went to the Strongsville location about a week ago, expected the same great experience but instead as soon as I walked in I was greeted with unprofessionalism and rudeness. I was told by various people that you could be measured here, as I was a week before in Strongsville , and they refused to do it here at this location, Very upset.
