Our sales lady was very unprofessional & rude. Their Strongsville store had called to put a dress on hold for us when we got it a sales lady took us back to try it on said someone would be with us shortly. Our sales lady was helping another young lady with her wedding dress completely ignoring us. I will NEVER shop at David's Bridal again by choice (of course if I am in a wedding and that's where they choose then so be it) however I will suggest shopping elsewhere. I have never received such horrible costumer service in my life... You would think that David's Bridal, would be very detail oriented since they are dealing with brides that can sometimes be neurotic and/or stressed trying to plan such an important day in their lives.... This place is so unprofessional! They ordered me the wrong dress twice on the 3rd attempt they got the right dress but the wrong size. The dress came in to late to return a 3rd time so I had to pay almost 500$ for their 3rd mistake. On top of that they tried to sell me a pair of used shoes, even though they do not take returns so they say so I had to wait for them to ship in from another warehouse. They were the only part of my wedding planning that was stressful. I would never Ever recommend them for anything! !
