RecommendedRecently I had the unpleasant experience of waiting for a mother of the groom dress to get delivered from an unnamed store. After several discouraging conversations with the customer service rep, I received the dress, almost 7 weeks after I ordered it. I had tried to cancel the order but was unable to do so. RecommendedI’ve gone threw David’s Bridal for a few weddings and my own wedding. They are very helpful. In my brothers wedding the Nervis bride has change the color four times. The Dress I picked out came in multiple colors . So when she picked the next color I would just call and they will change the color. Today I finally got the dress and we’re not changing colors anymore and it’s beautiful.

RecommendedProm dress shopping. The associates were all welcoming and helpful. Only complaint is they didn't have the black ballgown she loved online. We'll continue looking for that one before we buy. I loved that there was no pressure to buy what she wasn't 100% sold on.
