We did not have an appointment and they still took great care of us. Prom dress shopping was a delight there. The prices are so reasonable.

I got my bridesmaid dress at this location. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Bridget (the store manager) took great care of me. And even though she was busy, she never made me feel rushed at all and did everything with a smile. Her alteration department was wonderful as well. My future husband told me we are getting married for your birthday.....7 days before THE DAY!? So I ran to David's Bridal and I was treated like a Queen!!!!! Bridget and Ruba gave me the the most thoughtful, kind, patient one on one service and they never looked at me like I was crazy for my rush LOL! They are the kind of customer service specialists that will make everyone want to shop at this location. Please. We made an appointment for 3/5 for wedding dress and my bridal party. Our consultant was Jennifer D. She was fantastic! They were very busy for a Sunday and she was still very attentive!
