Great customer service, good selection. They really need to dry clean their dresses because they were worn and a little funky. But not their fault customers don't wash before coming in to try on clothes.

Very nice place. I was there yesterday at the Orland Park store with my niece to pick out her wedding gown. Her bridal consultant was Neva and she was very helpful and tolerant with our group. I felt bad for her because she was working with more than one group at a time. (guess you could say she was a multi-tasker) Anyway Neva was like "Grace under pressure" . She did an amazing job!

Bridget was amazing, she kept checking in on us, she also helped with ideas for the accessories, & sash for the wedding dress my friend feel in love with, when she found the dress she came over to celebrate. Cheryl was our consultant & she was great, very helpful, and sweet. They both made us feel like we were all old friends just having a good time trying on wedding dresses � I will definitely tell my engaged friends to come here 1st, or any bridesmaids, prom girls, going to a wedding etcetera and work with these ladies... read more

I bought my wedding dress from David's bridal this weekend. I did NOT want to go dress shopping and was very anxious about the whole experience. I tried on many dresses with the help of Elisha as my consultant. She made the experience so fun and easy. She pulled beautiful dress for me to try on and even picked some accessories to help me get a better idea of what the dress would look like on my wedding day to help me make my decision.
