I had an incredible experience. When I walked in I was instantly greeted. After filling out some short paperwork, I was told to look around since I was a little early. Not even 5 minutes later I had the manager pull me over and say hey were going to start me early with Alyssa while the woman I had an appointment with was still with her other bride. I went in today to get fitted for a dress. I’m getting married in July. Bethany was AWESOME. She was patient and helpful.
Fantastic experience! Walked in with no appointment wanting to look at "off the rack" options for a mother-of-the-groom dress since I wasn't crazy about another dress I bought elsewhere. Terri (I'm horrible with names, but this is the name on my receipt so I hope it was her) directed us to the correct area of the store and told me to let her know if I wanted to try anything on.
