This was my first wedding dress shopping experience and fortunely I can say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I was very indecisive (even had to walk out of the store for a little while to contemplate even after saying I had found my dress), but the staff was super patient and attentive. They were all great to me and my mother. Tried 3 dresses on after Heather had several I wanted to try. I picked he 3rd one and it is absolutely beautiful

Made an apt for flower girls and a young women named Samantha helped us. She was excellent, she answered every question I had and made it a very easy fun trip.. she even pull out my wedding gown and had me try it again that made me feel more special. I highly recommend samantha.

We were there to look for a prom dress for my daughters senior prom. Shelly was very helpful and fun to work with! We were able to try on everything we wanted. Once she had made the decision there were some alterations needed. They were able to fit her the same day since we drove over an hour. This way we didnt need to make another trip. Memie in alterations did her fitting and was also great to work with.
I had the best experience with Davids this weekend and ended up finding my dress!! Renee was amazing! She was very helpful,kind, and patient!! I would definitely recommend going to her when you book!!
