Jamoun Kelley was such an awesome stylist and operations manager! She was fun and inviting. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I went intending just to try things on and find out my size and ended up purchasing a dress! THE dress! I tried on my dream dresses and wa surprised they didn’t do it for me. I had a great experience! The only issue I had was they didn't have one of the bridesmaids dresses there that I wanted to try on. But the staff was kind and helpful!
I have had the best time at David's bridal. I found my wedding dress and my bridesmaids on the first visit I also found my flower girl dresses. The staff are excellent every time I walk in there doors I feel like family. Walked out after purchasing a beautiful dress today! Melissa helped me try on each dress and was very kind, honest, and professional. She was SUPER patient, especially with my parents who had lots of questions about price and alterations. Melissa was never pushy and obviously has lots of experience. I was so certain I was going to walk out with one dress I had in mind, but Melissa chose one for me that I liked even better and that was within my budget. Very helpful and nice, did everything to make me feel comfortable and assisted with all my indecision. The only thing I don't like is that you can only try on five dresses at a time
Store manager Latonya was great... Loved her. I didn't like that dresses you find online at a great price you can't get in the store. Kinda sucks when you were trying to stick to some kind of budget. But she was amazing.
