It was my first time walking in to this store and as a bride I am super excited, Alicia was amazing and super extra friendly and love her. But my second visit I am not impressed at all, first person greeted me was good but the second person step in was unpleasant, I do recall that her name is Latoya, she was so rude and did not properly acknowledge me at all, I was explaining to her that there’s misunderstanding about my appointment but she did not listen at all. Just left David’s Bridal and had the most amazing experience! My consultant, Kara, was so great to work with and helped me find my perfect dress. She was so much fun and both she and the manager, Mandy, made the whole experience so enjoyable. This was the first place I went for dress shopping and I’m so happy with my experience! :)

Kara was amazing. She helped my daughter find the perfect dress and was so kind and awesome. Mandy the store manager then helped us check out and offered to ship a dress to Connecticut for my daughters maid of honor. Great experience!

Spent the afternoon with consultant Kara while my best friend tried on wedding dresses. Kara was SO awesome, patient, friendly and made this experience so relaxing. She asked opinions, gave helpful ideas and provided awesome options. Kara as well as Mandy the manager, made this experience so enjoyable and stress free!!
