My best friend and I had the most wonderful experience at this location today. My best friend is the one getting married next fall, and we came in today without an appointment (not really knowing we absolutely needed one). All of the stylists were booked for the night but one of the customer service reps, Joanne, was so kind to us and offered to help us try dresses on. Going into my alterations appointment I was so hesitant due to all the horror stories that I have heard about wedding alterations. I had previously bought my dress at David’s Bridal and took it back to be able to get a petticoat that would go with the dress. I did not even have an appointment for alterations that day and Stephanie was still able to assist me with my fears and encouraged me to make an alterations appointment and come back and let her pin my dress and get a price on everything. I went here today despite hearing the things about Judy and having a bad experience here myself the first time I went. Today I am VERY happy I went ! I found my dress even with going in with no appointment. I had Meredith as my dress consultant and she was truth amazing ! She squeezed me in and didn’t mind that I had 2 of my children with me.
