I had a mishap with my bridesmaids dresses, I’m getting married in 5 days… and needed all new dresses!!! We were all decided on one set of dresses and last minute changed our minds. Danielle was so helpful, she did not bat an eye and dove in to find us different dresses.. she called several different David’s bridal stores and located all the dresses that we needed, and ordered them directly to our home! She was so patient and helpful, I could not recommend her enough! We are so thankful and can’t thank her enough!!
David’s Bridal produced all the dresses for the bride and maids. The dresses were beautiful and the experience was great. The only thing I would change is the availability of the dresses. Dresses needed to be ordered 6 months in advance to assure their arrival before the wedding day. This added a lot of stress because we only had 8 months from proposal to wedding date. I was overall satisfied with David’s Bridal’s selection, staff, pricing and alterations. I do recommend DB to any bride that has some extra time.
I went here today with one of my bridesmaids for her dress and ended up with a shawl and purse for myself . ( previously purchased my gown elsewhere)Ellen was super amazing and can’t say enough about her excellent customer service skills and awesome fashion advice. Truly felt like she cared and was excited for me . It’s so wonderful to experience people who are perfect for their job!
We are repeat customers to David's and I will never shop elsewhere. The staff are all amazing and make you feel like you are their only customer. Homecoming dress shopping was yet again the best experience ever this year thanks to Allison and Laura. Allison immediately started pulling dresses for my daughter that were figure flattering.
