Olivia helped us find my daughter’s homecoming dress today! She was so helpful, got us the dress we walked in for, and helped with accessories and shoes! We walked out completely ready for homecoming and without putting a huge dent in the bank account! She was attentive without being smothering, made my daughter feel so comfortable and confident that she looked stunning. We’ve always had great service at this location, but this was extra special for my daughter! 10/10 recommend this location and Olivia!!

Trinity and her manager (Jennifer?) really saved the day! My daughter was getting married Sept 4th and I had evacuate from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida. We split the zipper on my dress trying to get ready. I called David’s explained my emergency and was hoping they could fix it. There was not way to fix it since it really was too small in the bodice (stupid of me to buy a dress online! Not from David’s bridal). Clair was my stylist and I absolutely loved her! She made me feel 100% comfortable, put up with all of my insecurities, made my 8 yr old son feel just as included and brought dress after dress to ensure that I was happy and sure with my decisions. David's Bridal in West Springfield, MA is WONDERFUL! I had the most phenomenal experience there! The alterations manager, Nghi, was amazing. She is such a great artist when it comes to creating beautiful bustles. My dress came out so stunning. She really has an eye for what looks good for the dress and your body shape. I loved the entire experience from beginning to end!

Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. Pat & Kenzie were extremely helpful in guiding me thru the wedding dress shopping experience.
