Ivlin,, was amazing. She was extremely helpful and took care of all our needs. My wedding is a few days away and we had trouble figuring out how to work the bustle. We came in and she showed my mom and aunt how to do it. It relieved a lot of stress. I also asked about getting alternations on my dress to loosen up around the waist bc it was uncomfortably tight. I had an experience at this David’s Bridal that I have been raving about ever since. I walked in on Friday July 2nd and didn’t have an appointment, but was met by the very gracious and kind shop manager. She then referred me to Allison, who worked with me during the duration of my stay at the shop. We went to David’s Bridal today and we were so impressed with the outstanding customer service we received. We didn’t have an appointment and only a few days before the wedding so we went feeling anxious and stressed, but we left feeling relieved and happy. Charlene saved the day! It is a one stop shop and the atmosphere is as amazing. It was truly a great experience.
