We went to the Lubbock store for my Daughter’s dress. She purchased one and when it came in she decided it rubbed her and made a rash so we went back and exchanged it. They were always so loving and patient with us. They made sure she was taken great care of and happy with her dress, and the jumpsuit she purchased for her reception. I absolutely loved working with them and would highly recommend the Lubbock store and working with the sweet ladies there!

First place I went to look for a wedding dress and my expectations we’re exceeded. I was ready to go shopping just to check off another item on my list. I’m not a girly girl and I hate shopping. I drove over an hour to try on a dress that my local stores didn't have & I was SO pleased that I did. First off, this store is so spacious, clean & the lighting makes everything sparkle. I had the best experience here on Monday. I wish I knew the name of the sweet lady that helped me off hand but she was a dream to work with. Within 1 hr, I said yes to the dress, met with alterations and had the nicest babysitter and stylist as I came alone with my 6 month old son with me. We both left with big smiles. Thank you!

As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with warming faces that I hadn’t been welcomed with at Carolina Bridal world. My consultant Jasmine was phenomenal.
