RecommendedGrace was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend. We had been to Modern Bride earlier- very disappointed but the moment we entered David’s Bridal- they were attentive and informative.
Went in without an appt, was able to find something off the rack needed for a Sept wedding. Consultant was very accommodating and was very helpful!
We went to the Lubbock store for my Daughter’s dress. She purchased one and when it came in she decided it rubbed her and made a rash so we went back and exchanged it. They were always so loving and patient with us. They made sure she was taken great care of and happy with her dress, and the jumpsuit she purchased for her reception. I absolutely loved working with them and would highly recommend the Lubbock store and working with the sweet ladies there!
First place I went to look for a wedding dress and my expectations we’re exceeded. I was ready to go shopping just to check off another item on my list. I’m not a girly girl and I hate shopping. My mom and I walked in, we were greeted by the GM and she gave us a rundown on how the dresses were set up. As we looked around, we noted the things I liked and what I pictured for myself. I drove over an hour to try on a dress that my local stores didn't have & I was SO pleased that I did. First off, this store is so spacious, clean & the lighting makes everything sparkle. They have so many dresses. Alexa was the young lady who assisted me & she was beyond amazing. She gave my mom & I space to talk things over but the moment I needed something, she was there. I had the best experience here on Monday. I wish I knew the name of the sweet lady that helped me off hand but she was a dream to work with. Within 1 hr, I said yes to the dress, met with alterations and had the nicest babysitter and stylist as I came alone with my 6 month old son with me. We both left with big smiles. Thank you!
As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with warming faces that I hadn’t been welcomed with at Carolina Bridal world. My consultant Jasmine was phenomenal. She was patient with me and was the reason I found my dream dress. Not once did she go out of my budget range or even close to it. Thank you so much Jasmine and David’s Bridal!
Just had an amazing experience at this location. I would highly recommend this location. The ladies that work here are beyond amazing. Especially the manager Kate, she went way above and beyond.. she made what could have been a bad situation a really good one. Thanks again !!!
