The customer service here is superb and that includes when she was trying on dresses and with her alterations! You have some great staff members in every department! You all have really improved over the last few years and it shows! The prom dress selection was wonderful, and the best around East TN this year! Trust me, we looked!!! Your manager Terri is involved and great with the customers as well. A++ David's Bridal! Keep it up! 💜💯
