She was so accommodating to all of my requests, very professional, made me feel comfortable and she actually ended up staying past her shift time to make sure I was happy and to help me find “the dress!” All in all I really feel they went out of their way to make me feel special, which really makes for a memorable experience! Mary went above and beyond to help my two friends and I with our bridesmaid dresses. She was so sweet, honest, accommodating, informative & helpful throughout the entire process. We didn’t know we needed an appointment and they graciously fit us in. Arianna S. was beyond amazing. She clicked with my daughter (The bride) just after asking a few questions. Arianna S. added beautiful accessories, especially the jewelry. We will definitely choose David’s Bridal Ontario when my other daughter gets married. It was truly a smooth and fun experience. Give Arianna S. a raise. She deserves it.
I had the best time working with Latorya this past weekend. She was so knowledgeable about types of dresses that flatter your body type. She was very patient and accommodating with me while I fumbled through explaining my likes and dislikes and picked out several beautiful dresses that I would have never chosen myself. Go see Latorya- she will help you find your perfect dress!
I had an amazing experience at Davids Bridal not only in finding my dress but also the alterations department. My experience getting my dress was fantastic! It so happened the lady that assisted me was one of my friends’ sisters which was a small world experience but she nailed my taste. She picked 4 dresses and the 3rd one I tried on was the one I fell absolutely in love with. I made an appointment to find an outfit for my my son’s wedding. My consultant was Debbie who was fantastic! I was looking for a pantsuit but I did try on a couple dresses. The pantsuit is definitely more *me*. The funny thing is, I had sent a picture of a dress and a pantsuit to my future daughter in law and she loved the pantsuit. Guess what I ended up buying? The same one! I picked up a pair of shoes & a bag to match. Thank you Debbie!
yes to the dress thanks to Tonya the manager at Monroeville location. after our bad experience at North hills not so welcoming to me and my 6 bridesmaids and Maryann not putting our sizes or information in the computer. Taking our measurements with our hoodies and coats on. Staffing was not as welcoming to us as they were to others. The fact I was able to get all bridesmaids together minus one.
