I love their dresses and the experience you get when you go in the store.
I had a wonderful time finding my wedding dress and even my bridesmaids dresses. Jenna and Patricia were wonderful and helpful but when Patricia struggled on the computer when checking us out, management should’ve stepped in sooner to help. Instead they had us waiting 30 minutes at the counter only to check out 1 person in that time. Other David’s bridal team members were at the counter seeing her struggle and chose not to help. I suggest doing better and working as a team. You nearly lost my business.
I went today with my bridesmaids and Athena was AMAZING. She stayed past her shift to ensure every bridesmaid was happy with the style/colour. She jumped through hoops and went above and beyond. Such a lovely experience thanks to Athena!
