She answered every single question we had with such knowledge and grace! The only issue we ran into is that it was not explained to us that the gowns stay on the rack and we turn them to show those are the ones we want our stylist to look for in our size so if this could be better addressed for future brides, that would make the experience so much better! Had issues with them not letting me know the bridesmaid dress that got chosen would not have enough in stock to accommodate my big day. So all of my bridesmaids who had already purchased the first dress had to go return their dress and get the new one.
