Had a great experience today prom dress shopping! We had Kaiya for a stylist and she was so helpful and great to work with. I had an appointment today (January 29, 2022) at 10:30am. I was so nervous going in! As a plus size bride, I had never tried on a wedding dress before, and I usually dread shopping for clothes. I was greeted promptly by my consultant, Marisa, and we hit it off right away. She instantly made me feel comfortable. I had seen a dress online a few weeks prior that I was obsessing over, but it was over my desired budget. I had a great experience, I am from out of town and dealt with Muskaan over the phone and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond double checking it would arrive on time and answering all my questions. Thank you for such a great customer service.
Skye was so helpful and professional! She gave several good suggestions and helped my daughter narrow down her choices. The store was nicely laid out and there were lots of choices and styles. I think we will be back to find bridesmaid dresses and maybe mother-of- the bride dress!
